Job summary

Paragon Legal Group seeks an experienced Commercial Counsel to support its General Counsel during a transition. This 3–4 month project is remote for candidates who can cover PT hours or hybrid in Santa Clara, CA, with ~30-40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate brings substantial commercial contracting experience with physical technology products or integrated hardware/software solutions and a proven ability to work in entrepreneurial legal environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial contracting experience with physical technology products or hardware/software.
• Experience in smaller, entrepreneurial legal environments is beneficial.
• Ability to independently manage projects with strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial agreements for an international analytical instruments business.
• Expand into complex technology transactions, procurement, compliance initiatives, and corporate subsidiary matters.
• Assist with legal process improvements and other department initiatives.
