Job summary

LHH, a division of the Adecco Group, is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing Strategy & Development for a 4-6 month engagement. The role focuses on quality, data, and operational insight across home infusion and clinic-based services, with 100% virtual collaboration and the Chief Nursing Officer as the direct report.

Qualifications

• Significant senior nursing or clinical operations leadership experience.
• RN designation is highly desirable.
• Strong experience using data and analytics to understand quality, capacity and operational performance and translate insights into action.
• Experience leading complex or dispersed clinical operations where consistency of quality and patient experience must be maintained across multiple locations or care settings.
• A demonstrated ability to assess, coach and develop leadership talent, building capability rather than simply directing activity.
• Experience helping leadership teams evolve as their organizations become larger, more sophisticated and more complex.
• Experience designing or evolving organizational structures, operating models, policies, processes and performance disciplines.
• A strong understanding of the relationship between workforce capacity, patient demand, clinical quality and service delivery.
• The ability to lead with empathy, credibility and curiosity, while still being comfortable challenging the status quo when required.
• The ability to work effectively in a 100% virtual, geographically dispersed environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight across the nursing organization with a focus on quality, data and operations.
• Develop and strengthen quality, operational and workforce metrics.
• Assess care delivery across home infusion and clinic-based environments.
• Create transparency around performance and shift to proactive, data-informed decision-making.
• Define future-state nursing operating model with centralized and distributed capabilities.
• Lead leadership development and coaching of nursing leaders.
• Ensure 100% virtual dispersed operations.
• Help the organization grow in scale while maintaining patient experience and safety.
