Good Samaritan is seeking a nursing leader to provide temporary leadership across a long-term care setting. The role includes administering the nursing program, ensuring quality resident care, and advising staff and administrators on nursing services and strategies.

The position requires frequent travel to facilities, oversight of clinical programs, policies, and procedures, and collaboration with medical staff. Housing with services and HUD experience are helpful for certain locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide temporary nursing facility leadership and support.
• Administer the nursing program to maintain resident care standards.
• Lead clinical programs, policies, and protocols for system integration and adherence.
• Travel frequently to facilities to oversee operations and staff.
• Schedule staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Participate in development of marketing activities and community events.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of resident care.
