Qualifications

• Proven credit control management experience, ideally within professional services or legal environments.
• Tech-savvy with finance systems, reporting tools and process automation.
• Process-driven and able to implement improvements quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the credit control process across the firm.
• Drive timely collection of outstanding debts and reduce aged WIP and debt.
• Review, map and improve existing credit control workflows and templates; introduce practical improvements and controls.
• Work closely with Finance Partners, fee earners and senior stakeholders.
• Support a professional, client-focused approach to debt recovery.
