Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Significant progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Prior CFO, Interim CFO, VP of Finance, or comparable senior financial leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and accounting operations.
• Experience leading finance teams in interim or consulting environments.

• CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight across the finance and accounting functions.
• Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and business performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• Develop and monitor financial forecasts, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Deliver financial analysis and actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• Assess existing accounting processes, internal controls, reporting capabilities, systems, and finance infrastructure.
• Strengthen financial reporting, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide oversight of monthly and year-end close, financial statements, audit activities, and internal controls.
• Provide leadership and guidance to accounting and finance teams.
• Lead finance transformation, process improvement, and systems initiatives.
• Support M&A integration, restructuring, transaction-related activities, and other strategic initiatives.
• Communicate financial performance, risks, and key drivers to executive stakeholders.
