Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an accomplished Interim Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic and hands-on financial leadership to a corporate, private equity-backed organization.

This remote engagement is well suited for an experienced financial executive who can quickly assess the finance function, establish priorities, strengthen financial visibility, and partner with senior leadership to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Experience leading finance and accounting functions at executive level.
Proven interim/consulting finance leadership experience.
Experience with high-growth or transformational organizations.
Experience with M&A integration or ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership across finance and accounting functions.
Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
Develop and monitor financial forecasts, KPIs, and management reporting.
Deliver financial analysis and insights for strategic decisions.
Assess accounting processes, controls, and finance infrastructure.
Lead finance transformation, process improvements, and systems initiatives.
Support M&A integration and restructuring activities.
Communicate financial performance and risks to executives.
