This remote, contract engagement requires strategic vision and hands-on execution to improve financial visibility and drive corporate objectives.

The successful candidate will combine executive leadership with day-to-day financial operations, partner with senior leadership, and guide budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Significant progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Prior CFO/interim CFO/VP of Finance or equivalent leadership.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Experience in consulting or interim engagements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight across finance and accounting functions.
• Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, reporting, and accounting operations.
• Develop forecasts, KPIs, and management reporting for visibility.
• Deliver insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead transformation, process improvements, and systems initiatives.
• Support M&A integration, restructuring, and related activities.
• Communicate financial performance and risks to executive stakeholders.
