The consultant will partner with executives on strategy, budgeting, cash flow, reporting, and controls, while guiding the finance team through transformation and integration activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• Progressive leadership in finance and accounting roles.
• Experience as CFO, interim CFO or senior financial leader.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and exec communication skills.
• Experience with high-growth or transformative organizations; CPA/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across finance and accounting functions.
• Partner on financial strategy, planning, forecasting and performance.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, reporting and operations.
• Develop forecasts, KPIs and management reporting for visibility.
• Deliver insights to support strategic decisions.
• Assess processes, controls, systems and finance infrastructure.
• Lead finance transformation, process improvement and systems initiatives.
• Support M&A integration, restructuring and related activities.
• Communicate performance and risks to executives.
