KMK Consulting, Inc is seeking an Associate Director to cover Commercial Pharma Reporting Operations on a remote interim/contract basis. The role focuses on keeping reporting activities running smoothly during a team transition, coordinating across business, analytics, technology, and reporting teams.

You will oversee day-to-day report delivery, manage vendor relationships, capture issues, document processes, and support knowledge transfer to ensure continuity of critical reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting operations, business analytics, or reporting coordination within pharma/life sciences.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with external vendors and managing deliverables/dependencies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
• Experience with reporting tools, data/analytics environments, and operational processes.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day reporting operations, including report delivery and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage reporting requirements and dependencies.
• Partner with external vendors to track deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor reporting processes and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support documentation, process standardization, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Coordinate transition activities to ensure continuity of reporting processes.
• Maintain status updates, action items, timelines, and operational documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and workflows.
