The role connects multiple workstreams, drives clarity, and supports all phases of the integration effort. Ideal candidate has 8+ years of life sciences experience, deep data strategy and pharma commercial analytics expertise, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in life sciences with data strategy or commercial analytics.
• Strong knowledge of pharma commercial datasets (sales, claims, CRM/Veeva, SP/HUB, payer).
• Experience with large-scale data integrations or migrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of a large-scale data integration program.
• Develop understanding of data sources, processes, and analytics workflows.
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with technical teams on data mapping, harmonization, and integration design.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Support testing, validation, and downstream reporting impacts.
• Provide clear communication and updates across stakeholders.
