Ideal candidates bring strong data strategy experience and a solid understanding of pharma commercial analytics, with a track record in large-scale data programs and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in life sciences with data strategy or commercial analytics.
• Strong knowledge of pharma commercial datasets (sales, claims, CRM/Veeva, SP/HUB, payer, etc.).
• Experience with large-scale data integrations or migrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of a large-scale data integration program.
• Develop understanding of data sources, business processes, and analytics workflows.
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with technical teams on data mapping, harmonization, and integration design.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Support testing, validation, and downstream reporting impacts.
• Provide clear communication and updates across stakeholders.
