Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in intelligence or a related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Extremely organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with Monday.com and Google Docs.
• Travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Editorial Review: Edit intelligence products for grammar, clarity, and style.
• ERA and Project Support: Manage intake and scheduling for ERA engagements; track milestones in Monday.com.
• Division Operations: Coordinate calendars, onboarding, and vendor/subscription admin.
• Workflow and Reporting: Pull data from Monday.com to support staffing and leadership reporting.
