Job summary

Drips is seeking an Integrations Manager/Team Lead to own the end-to-end integration delivery across APIs, webhooks, FTP/SFTP, and Azure Logic Apps. You will build and grow a team of Integration Project Managers/Specialists, set standards, and stay hands-on for the most complex, compliance-sensitive client integrations.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will partner with Engineering, Production, Client Success, and QA to ensure on-time delivery with data integrity and scalable

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in integration project management or SaaS delivery.
• Experience leading technical integration teams.
• Strong API, FTP/SFTP, and webhook integration knowledge.
• Proficient in Azure Logic Apps and related monitoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Familiarity with SQL and Excel for data validation.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of Integration Project Managers/Specialists.
• Define and track integration KPIs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize tooling.
• Oversee API, webhook, FTP/SFTP integrations and Azure Logic Apps delivery.
• Ensure documentation standards and data mappings are maintained.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution of incidents and risks.
• Report on team performance and risk to the VP of Operations.
