Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a highly skilled scheduling professional to coordinate and optimize complex program schedules for national security missions. You will transform operational requirements into actionable plans and maintain portfolio visibility for senior leadership.

The role uses Milestones Pro and Microsoft Project to build integrated master schedules, collaborating with stakeholders and supporting proposals and technical documentation in a fully remote, nationwide setting.

Qualifications

Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) and a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (13+ years if no degree).
Proven experience with Milestones Pro and Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and optimize complex program schedules for national security missions.
Transform operational requirements into clear, actionable scheduling plans.
Provide leadership with portfolio-level visibility for informed decisions.
Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules using MS Project and Milestones Pro.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
Support business development activities such as proposal writing and technical documentation.
