Qualifications

• Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) and a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (13+ years if no degree).
• Proven experience with Milestones Pro and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with up to 10% travel.
