Pantheon Data in the Washington, DC area seeks an Integrated Logistics Support Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard. The role focuses on managing the Logistics Master Schedule (LMS) and developing core ILS documentation.

You will work remotely with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with USCG policies, timelines, and project requirements. A Bachelor's degree and ILS/ acquisition experience are required.

Qualifications

• Acquisition or Integrated Logistics Support experience or familiarity.
• Experience developing and maintaining ILS documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Project (project scheduling software).
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide Integrated Logistics Management support to the USCG.
• Develop, manage, update, and maintain the Logistics Master Schedule (LMS).
• Develop, draft, and review foundational ILS program documents.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure compliance with current USCG logistics policies and directives.
