The role focuses on aligning logistics activities with USCG policies and directives while collaborating across remote cross-functional teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, security eligibility for a Public Trust, and strong proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Acquisition or ILS experience or familiarity.
• Experience developing and maintaining ILS documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide Integrated Logistics Management support to the USCG.
• Develop, manage, update, and maintain the Logistics Master Schedule (LMS).
• Develop, draft, and review foundational ILS program documents.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure compliance with current USCG logistics policies and directives.
