Job summary

TSTC is seeking a Strategic Functional Consultant to provide technical and logistical coordination for Coast Guard System Support Agents across all USCG platforms, including IMS management and PARM support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in MS Project, EPM, SharePoint, and Word. It is a remote position with occasional in-person meetings in Washington, DC, Kearneysville, WV, or Portsmouth, VA. Starting 2–3 weeks after award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with C4ISR capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.
• Able to coordinate with multiple teams and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IMS across USCG platforms and manage schedules.
• Coordinate C4ISR transition meetings and track progress.
• Develop cutter sustainment readiness metrics.
• Support PARM meeting preparation and documentation.
