VLinc Corporation seeks a highly experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the US Coast Guard LRS aviation program. Based primarily at APAC, Elizabeth City, NC, with coordination with HQ in Washington, DC, the role involves lifecycle documentation, logistics strategy, and IPT facilitation.
The SME will manage program docs in TMS/DCARS, provide engineering insight into USCG avionics, and support briefings and data calls.
VLinc is seeking a highly experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide programmatic and technical support to the Long Range Surveillance (LRS) aviation program under the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Aviation Acquisition (CG-931). This position plays a key role in supporting the acquisition lifecycle phases, including logistics, engineering documentation, risk management, and coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). The SME will directly support CG-9311 and APAC leadership and will be instrumental in ensuring the program's success through technical expertise and program execution.
Location: Primarily based at the USCG Aviation Projects Acquisition Center (APAC), Elizabeth City, NC, with some coordination required with USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC.
On-Site Requirements: A cubicle and computer will be provided at APAC. Occasional travel may be required.
Telework: May be approved on a case-by-case basis by the COR.
