Job summary

THOR Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Logistics/RCM Specialist to support USCG WCC PRO in Bayou La Batre, AL. The role requires reviewing CDRLs, shipbuilder deliverables, manuals, and validating configurations.

The position emphasizes logistics life-cycle support, verification of design changes, and collaboration with government teams. Onsite work with potential security requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• 3–5 years of integrated logistics support and RCM experience for ship construction.
• Strong knowledge of ship construction and related processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review Integrated Logistics Contract Data Lien Item (CDRL) procedures.
• Review WCC shipbuilder deliverables, including RCM plans.
• Review technical manuals and vendor documents for WCC systems and components.
• Support planning and execution of physical configuration audits for WCC vessels.
• Assess impact of design/production changes on logistics during the life cycle.
