Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking an Intake Trainer to design and deliver training programs for onboarding and continuous education of the intake team. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills to tailor methods for individuals and cohorts.

You will collaborate with staff across states, emphasize prior authorization processes for specialty drug treatments, and continually improve materials to support patient care and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience handling prior authorizations, appeals and denials.
• Clear communication and collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
• Able to provide outstanding customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials to address gaps in knowledge for the intake team.
• Create and prepare training materials using available software.
• Develop training schedules for new employees.
• Research and implement better training methods.
• Coordinate with remote teams across multiple states to support access to infusion therapies.
