Qualifications

• Experience in legal intake or a similar role is required.
• Experience in Personal Injury intake preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Ability to guide conversations and reassure clients.
• Strong listening, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients professionally.
• Create a welcoming experience during every interaction.
• Build rapport and establish trust with clients seeking legal help.
• Explain services, approach, and next steps clearly.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each caller's needs.
• Gather and document important intake information.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff for a seamless client experience.
