Job summary

Float Health, a US-based startup delivering home infusion care, is seeking an Intake Specialist. You will manage new patient referrals, coordinate start-of-care visits, and act as the liaison among pharmacies, nurses, and patients to ensure timely, high-quality care.

This fully remote, full-time role in the PST window requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with medical scheduling.
• Ability to use multiple technology platforms simultaneously.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-of-care visits and gather information from pharmacies and patients.
• Match nurses to patients and onboard them to Float Health.
• Manage marketplace offers to ensure fair nurse pay.
• Schedule and confirm logistics for home visits.
• Communicate with pharmacies, nurses, and patients via multiple channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete visit documentation.
• Learn new processes and technology continuously.
• Provide feedback to improve our technology and processes.
