This full-time remote position serves Pennsylvania, with hours 3:00 pm–11:00 pm Monday–Friday and one weekend day on call each month. Compensation starts at $38,000 annually, plus generous PTO and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Fielding inbound calls and electronic reports
• Interviewing individuals by phone and asking clarifying questions
• Taking detailed notes and entering information into a database
• Categorizing and prioritizing reports of need
• Triaging cases for follow up and investigation
