The position is fully remote within Pennsylvania, with weekday hours from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and one on-call weekend per month. Compensation includes $38,000 per year plus paid time off and benefits.

Qualifications

• Outstanding active listening, verbal communication, and writing skills.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Pennsylvania residency required.

Responsibilities

• Fielding inbound calls and electronic reports.
• Interviewing individuals by phone and asking clarifying questions.
• Taking detailed notes and entering information into a database.
• Categorizing and prioritizing reports of need.
• Triaging cases for follow up and investigation.
