Job summary

Victory Bay is seeking an Intake & Assessment Therapist to provide assessment, evaluation, supportive therapy, and therapeutic support for clients seeking mental health services. This full-time professional role is remote with on-site options in Woburn, MA.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, perform DSM-V based evaluations, input data into the EMR, ensure HIPAA-compliant communications, and coordinate follow-up with medical and clinical staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a clinical treatment environment.
• Knowledge of WRAP and recovery-focused practices.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and intake assessments with DSM-V diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Assesses clients’ needs and communicates with involved parties following HIPAA regulations.
• Collects data and prepares crisis and intake reports as assigned.
• Arranges follow-up appointments with medical and/or clinical staff.
• Ensures paperwork and documentation are forwarded to appropriate staff.
