Job summary

Abhs in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality individual therapy within the Outpatient Program. You will work with adult and adolescent populations, develop treatment plans, and handle intake and documentation.

This full-time remote role requires a Master's in Social Work or related field and at least 2 years of clinical experience, with training in at least one evidence-based practice. Telehealth experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience providing clinical services in mental health.
• Experience and training in at least one evidenced-based practice (e.g., EMDR, DBT, CT).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the client.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Perform suicide intervention and crisis planning.
• Maintain compliant electronic records according to licensing regulations.

Victory Bay Clinical Therapists provide high-quality individual therapy services to individuals within the Outpatient Program. Clinical Therapists work with adult and adolescent populations, providing individualized treatment and support based on each client’s clinical needs. Therapists are responsible for completing the intake process for individuals assigned to their caseload, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring personalized and effective care.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Providing individual and family therapy via HIPAA compliant telehealth platform
• Development of individualized Treatment Plans in collaboration with the client.
• Timely completion of all clinical documentation.
• Suicide Intervention and Crisis Planning
• Maintain compliant electronic medical records according to licensing regulations and company standards.

B. Additional Duties

• Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department.
• As the company continues to grow, additional responsibilities that are essential for the department to be successful will be assigned accordingly.

Clinical Therapists’ performance will be evaluated on several competencies including but not limited to:

• Completion of assessment tools within appropriate timeframe.
• Average rating of 4.3 of 5 or higher on client satisfaction surveys.
• Documentation completed within 48 hours of event occurrence.
• Chart audit scores at or above 3.5% of 5% each quarter.
• Appropriate documentation of and adherence to processes related to higher level of care recommendations and high-risk reporting.

Performance Standards & Measurement

• Compliance with essential and incidental duties; compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Compliance with state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the business.

Equipment, Tools & Machines

• Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment such as a printer and fax.
• Use of company network and email domain.

Working Conditions

• Air conditioned and well-illuminated office environment and outdoor environment.
• May have several responsibilities at once. Interaction with other is constant and can be interruptive.
• Work may be stressful at times due to high level workflow.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings as is required to comply with the purpose of the job and accommodate client needs.
