Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC is seeking a Business Development Representative to support a diverse group of agents in the Northeast region. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on cultivating, developing, and expanding relationships, drive new business and renewal production, on-boarding new agents, and helping ISC achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years sales/marketing experience; commercial insurance exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing brokers to explain features and benefits of ISC programs.
• Compile, organize and relay crucial information to close quotes.
• Maintain producer marketing database.
• Facilitate product webinars and website demonstrations.
• Execute weekly telephonic campaigns to maintain a pipeline of qualified agency appointments.
• Develop referrals from brokers, carrier partners and other vendors.
