• Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• No insurance license required to start.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads provided by the agency.
• Average approximately 8–10 lead conversations per day.
• Gather client information for the sales team to complete the quoting process.
• Educate customers on insurance coverages and available options.
• Maintain accurate communication and notes within agency systems.
