Afni, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Specialist to complete a paid training program to obtain state licensing and become a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent. You will handle inbound calls from warm leads to match customers with optimal insurance solutions, all in a 100% remote Texas-based role.

You will build relationships, explain products clearly, and upsell when appropriate. The position offers full-time hours, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and strong internal growth

Qualifications

• Six months in a service or sales role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with multiple screens and applications.
• Exceptional communication and active listening; ability to build rapport.
• Sales-oriented mindset with upsell capability.
• Must complete paid training to license.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends/holidays (7:30am–12:30am EST).
• Must be 18+, have a GED or HS diploma, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and identify needs; match products and solutions.
• Educate customers on products and services and upsell where appropriate.
• Read disclosures verbatim and clearly communicate coverages.
• Research, analyze, and resolve inquiries about insurance and service issues.
• Engage with a diverse customer base and tailor assistance to policyholder needs.
