Position Overview

Insurance Specialist – part‑time position based on a 20‑hour per week schedule, with weekly hours ranging from 10 to 29 depending on operational needs.

Compensation & Career Path

Entry pay starts at $17.75 per hour and is bonus eligible. Career paths may begin at this rate.

Location & Eligibility

Must live in Texas to be eligible for this position. Remote work is 100% online.

Training & Licensing

Full‑time, paid training will be completed on a full‑time schedule. After training, you will become a licensed insurance sales agent and transition to the part‑time schedule.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in a service or sales role.

• Ability to attend 100% of the paid training period.
• Availability for assigned part‑time shifts after full‑time training, including weekends and some holidays, between 7:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. EST.
• Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or high school diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Remote Work Requirements

• High‑speed internet: Cable or fiber, no dial‑up, DSL, satellite, or cellular.
• Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
• Ping rate less than 100 ms.
• Private workspace with desk, chair, and minimal ambient noise.
• Must be able to use webcam during work hours.
