Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing experience.
• Experience in revenue cycle or healthcare billing.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables including unpaid, denied and underpaid claims.
• Communicate effectively with customers while handling high claim volume.
• Perform duties in line with Mercy Service Standards.
