Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop insurance agents and processors, creating clear expectations and accountability.
• Contribute as a producer while building the team’s ability to generate new business and retain accounts.
• Develop insurance strategies, roadmaps, and measurable initiatives, then lead execution.
• Identify opportunities to grow Personal Lines and Commercial Lines business.
• Evaluate and improve products, pricing, workflows, and service delivery to strengthen member value.
