Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide service to existing clients: updates, quotes, payments, documentation.
• Answer calls and emails about policies; service claims including after-hours.
• Assist producers to assess needs, gather data, present options, bind renewals.
• Set appointments and review policies, coverage, and renewals.
• Explain products, quote new business, process renewals, take payments.
• Resolve issues by clarifying concerns and following up for resolution.
• Review audits/policies and coordinate corrections with carriers.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the agency system.
• Collaborate with team, mentor staff, participate in meetings.
