Job summary

Roxsanna Wiley's Allstate Agency is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. This fully remote role offers a base salary of $35,000–$40,000 per year plus commission, with training and ongoing coaching to help you grow your income.

You will connect with prospective customers by phone and email, identify insurance needs, and quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and more. Active Property & Casualty license is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred.
• Other sales experience in related industries valued.
• Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and follow up.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance expectations.
• Coachable with a drive for growth.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers by phone, email, and other channels.
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Conduct coverage reviews and identify additional protection opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records within agency systems.
