The Jamison Agency is recruiting an Experienced Remote Insurance Sales Agent to join a growing team in a fully remote role. With 27+ years serving customers, the agency offers base salary, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and quality leads to support a high earnings potential from home.

Responsibilities include generating new business, cross-selling, and educating clients on Allstate products. Texas P&C licensing is required or must be obtained.

Qualifications

• Active Texas P&C license or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous insurance sales experience required — no entry-level or unlicensed candidates.
• Ability to multitask, follow up, and follow through.
• Confident and motivated personality.
• Intermediate computer skills.
