You'll work with individuals and families, contact and follow up on leads, explain coverage options, conduct virtual or phone appointments, complete applications, and participate in ongoing training and development to advance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
