Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is expanding its remote Insurance Sales team and seeks motivated individuals for a Remote Insurance Sales Representative role. This fully remote, commission‑only opportunity offers flexible scheduling, high‑quality company leads, training, mentorship, and clear paths for growth within the organization.

No experience is required. Licensing and training are provided, and we will help you obtain the required insurance license before you conduct any business.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Contact and follow up with company leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
