UniTrust Financial Group is actively seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a fully remote, flexible, commission-only opportunity with training, company leads, and no cold calling.

You will prospect individuals and families, follow up on leads, explain available insurance products, conduct virtual or phone appointments, complete applications, and participate in ongoing training and licensing support to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required; licensing assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
