Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is hiring remote Insurance Sales Representatives. This fully remote, commission-only role offers flexible scheduling and company-provided leads. No experience is required, and licensing/training are provided to help you start selling quickly.

You’ll conduct virtual or phone appointments with individuals and families, explain available insurance options, and assist clients through the application process. Training, mentorship, and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
