Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for remote Insurance Sales Representative roles. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling, mentorship, and access to leads to help you build a client base from home.

No experience is required; licensing and training are provided. You will work with individuals and families, follow up on leads, explain coverage options, conduct virtual appointments, and guide clients through the application process.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
