Micah Buzzard Farmers Insurance is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Representative to help customers find the right coverage while working from home. You will follow up on leads, build lasting client relationships, and learn to tailor insurance solutions to individual needs.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Prior sales or insurance experience is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong follow-up and organization to manage inquiries and quotes.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with leads and referrals to connect with prospective customers.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Prospect for new business through outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.
• Prepare quotes and help customers through the sales process.
• Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
