Micah Buzzard Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Producer to join our team. You will connect with prospects, grow client relationships, and present insurance solutions from a remote setting. Prior insurance or sales experience is preferred, with a focus on building trust and closing deals.

The role offers a base salary plus commissions, uncapped earning potential, and ongoing training. This is a remote position with leads provided to help you ramp up quickly.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with leads and referrals to connect with prospective customers.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication.
• Prospect for new business via outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Educate customers on products, coverage options, and benefits.
• Prepare quotes and guide customers through the sales process.
• Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for additional products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.

What You'll Do

• Prospect for new business through outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.
• Prepare quotes and help customers through the sales process.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
