Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join a fully remote team. This commission-only role offers flexible scheduling, mentorship, and access to leads, with licensing and training provided.

You’ll work with individuals and families, follow up on leads, explain coverage options, conduct virtual or phone appointments, and guide clients through applications. No prior experience required; licensing assistance is included.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply. We will help you obtain the required license.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
