InsuraTec is seeking highly motivated individuals for Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. This fully remote, work-at-home role offers flexible hours, access to leads, comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing assistance.

No prior licensing is required to apply; we provide licensing support and ongoing development. This is a commission-only opportunity with autonomy to manage your schedule while helping clients explore insurance options.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsabilités

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
