Job summary

No door-to-door selling or cold calling; entry-level candidates are welcome and licensing training is provided.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently.
- Follows a structured sales process and accepts coaching.
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients via phone and virtual appointments.
- Develop new business opportunities from leads.
- Understand client financial concerns and insurance needs.
- Explain insurance options clearly and professionally.
- Recommend solutions using a consultative sales approach.
- Build trust and maintain client relationships.
- Complete product, sales and compliance training; manage schedule and follow-ups.
