Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for remote Insurance Sales Representative roles. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling, training, mentoring, and access to leads. No experience is required, and licensing is provided.

Responsibilities include engaging with leads, discussing insurance options, conducting virtual appointments, and guiding clients through the application process. Ongoing training and development are available to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Contact and follow up with leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
