Cleft on the Rock is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative. This full-time outside sales role focuses on meeting business owners, managers, and staff to provide supplemental insurance solutions that protect what matters most.

You will build your own client book, deliver consultations, and pursue targets in a flexible, family-like culture. We offer comprehensive training, draw pay with commissions and bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license.
• Strong relationship-building and client-service mindset.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
