UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team. In this full-time or part-time role, you will meet virtually with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs and explain suitable financial protection solutions. There is no door-to-door selling or cold calling.

Prior insurance experience is not required, and entry-level candidates are welcome. You will work with company leads, receive training, and have the chance to build a rewarding career

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Able to follow a structured sales process and take coaching.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with strong follow-up discipline.
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license; licensing training provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual appointments.
• Work with leads to develop new business opportunities.
• Understand each client’s financial concerns and insurance needs.
• Explain insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Recommend appropriate solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
• Complete required product, sales, and compliance training.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activities.
