McGuire Insurance Agency is hiring for a remote Insurance Sales Agent. You will speak with potential clients, assess their needs, and help them select suitable coverage from home.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with growth opportunities and flexible PTO as part of a growing agency. We value self-motivated individuals who can work independently, communicate well, and stay organized to hit monthly targets from a home-based setup.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Organized with good time management.
• Willing to obtain an insurance license, 40 hour course + state test (WA P&C licensed candidates are a plus).
• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
